She has whats call a parasitic drain. Something is remaining on or activated that shouldn't be. You can get get a parasitic drain test to verify this but i wont find the problem. Unless its like a light bulb or something you can visually see that's still on you will have to get it hooked up to a scanner to see what's staying on. You could always disconnect the negative side of the battery when you leave it for awhile if you don't wish to spend the money.

If the pedal is spongy you may still have air in the lines. If there are no brakes at all you may need to adjust the push rod for the master cyl. If the ABS has a fault it will set a code and the rest of the brake sys. will work normally

Your keys are prob. worn. My car did the same thing until i got very expensive new keys made.
Power steering leak
if the smoke is related to the p/s leak it is a bad vaccum switch on the side of p/s pump. has 2 hoses going to it.the fluid goes into itake and burns out threw the engine exhaust system.
Power steering draining out
they are bad about pumps leaking into alternatorand shorting out .the high pressure hose from pump to rack and pinion are also bad about leaking. the racks will leak around 100k.
Gas tank
The cable comming from the handle to the tank door is probably broken.
