1990 lexus ls 400 security system went off now
Your alarm is keep your system from starting. When the alarm system fails, you have 1 of two choices, if it is a after market alarm then just disconnect the alarm, if it is a manufacture alarm then you will need to take it to a company to have then replace the alarm or disconnect it. Doing so yourself you can hurt your vehicle more then help it

I have lots of white smoke coming from tail pipe
White smoke is either steam or
coolant. Oil smoke is blue, fuel is black. The smoke
is water or coolant boiling and then coming out the exhaust as vapor.
If the weather is cold, water will condense in the exhaust system after
shutdown, then come out as steam on startup. This is OK. If you see the
smoke
after driving on the highway for an hour or it is an all-the-time
event, you have a problem.
If you have a problem, most likely, at this age, it is a leaking head
gasket. Possibly the cylinder head is cracked. Valve problems are
possible but less likely. Keep track of how much coolant you add to
keep it at the full mark. Obviously, this is expensive to fix.
The problem was bad/worn valve stem seals which
allowed oil to seep into the cylinder heads when the engine wasn't
running and burn off when the engine was started creating the white
smoke.
If it is valve stem seals, they are not too expensive to replace
however I would suspect your mechanic will want to do a complete valve
job which is a little more costly.
Hope thos help (remember comment and rated this).
I was giving another car a jump and blew a fuse.
there's a under hood fuse 120 amp it does not pull out by hand but is secured to a junction box and there are small short screw holding the fuses there is more than one but when you remove the plastic cover you will see one labeled 120 amp change that out and you solve your problem.
Cranking over but not starting up
I believe you just may be simply out of gas. if that is not the problem it could be a fuse, fuel pump relay or even your fuel pump itself. try that and if that dont work let me know.

Okay you may want to check to see if the sensor on door lock cylinder hasn't fallen off from the lock itself. Pull of the door panels and check the wires at the door lock cylinder. Hope this helps.
Steering wheel pulls to left when brake is applied
This has to do with the front brake caliper on the left sticking or the front right is not activating. Remove the front wheels and check the caliper for proper movement and pad wear. Try to rotate the front left and note any heavy resistance. Also check all tires for proper pressure.
