Get a breaker bar and posision it against a chassis rail or something solid. Tap ignition key to start & quickly off. The starter motor will crack the bolt loose for you. Just make sure the bar wil not damage anything (such as radiator but yours front whee drive right? radiator be ok but get my drift.

Sounds like a blown head gasket or cracked block allwing coolant into the combustion chamber. I will affect your heater also if the coolant gets low. Check it.

You do not fix a relay

You use wiring diagrams to see what is in
the circuit your having a problem with

If your testing brings you to a relay, then it can be
tested or swapped for a similar designed one, to
see if it is working, then purchase a new ,if it is bad

The problem with all these internet questions is:
People read other posts, then ask about something
they have no understanding about

You could drive for 60 years & only have a couple of
fuses blow out. Replacing one won't fix anything

The odds of 1 relay failing in 60 years is slim

Then everyone goes on to replace any number of parts,
every time they get a light on their dash & someone tells
them to go to the parts store for something free & then replace
a part based on a code. Your cars systems don't work like that
at all

You need to have a professional at a dealership or repair
shop actually spend a half hour with you, then road test the car
before you leave it. They then have to gather info on your car
in order to check it out. It is a step by step process.

The repair is easy, as long as you can get to things
The diagnosing to find a problem is time consumming

You simple can't get an answer over the internet without
a vehicle to test.

Thats a hard one,it could be a bunch of things sensers, opening, closeing, getting stuck,I am not a mechanic, but I have had about every model made,I have wholesaled many units, and if something would go wrong it happen to me,there is a lot of electronics on that car, there very nice to.It just sounds like a senser not opening or not closeing,Just stuck.I would start in getting a meter put on it while it's running and a complete check out, then you'll be able to have a starting point. They'll be able to tell if it's some kind of electronic problem like a sensor, and there are plenty of those on it.Fuseable link, not working porperly, map sensor,I would start from there. When something shuts down like that, like a sensor ora link, you'll be able to tell.and it is not that exspensive to have done.Call the dealership and ask them how to get the code out of it,sometimes it's like turning the key back an forth like 3 times,a caddillac gives it threw the radio,a chrysler gives it threw the parking light.Etc.sorry I was not to much help.

The dash fuse block is located behind the kick panel to the left of where your feet would be on the drivers side of the car. There is also a block in the engine compartment.. Look on the cover and you will see trunk! Give good thumbs up if this helped!

The first thing to have checked is the fuel pressure, low pressure kills the power.

I believe what this symbol is the radiator. It comes on when the coolant level is low. Take a look at your radiator coolant level and if low add some to the full mark. Do this when the engine is cold to avoid getting burned from hot water and steam.
