Your fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator are not supplying constant fuel pressure. Too much or too little is causing it to kill. You can pull the vacuum line from the regulaor and check for gas. If there is none, you need a pump, it is weak.
1990 LEXUS LS400 T-SHIRT GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN TIMING
take the timing belt off reset the crank at 0 with # 1 piston at TDC ensure that both cams are up at twelve 'oclock with belt on, when the tension is released and the tensioner is tightened turn the crank atleast 360 degrees and ensure that the timing does not shift before starting engine
Rpm rev up and down in idle
The RPM signal comes from the crank sensor. The harness connector needs
to be checked for a 5v reference signal and the ground side needs to be
checked for a good ground. This test is to rule out the computer as
being the issue. Then the signal wire needs to be checked for a good
signal. When the crank sensor fails you get not spark and no fuel.,
You will need a waveform viewer to determine if the sensor has failed.
You will need a basic meter to determine if the computer has failed.
Nothing electrial works
You blew the fusible links, here they
are. They are under hood, maybe close to battery in box.Just follow positive battery cable to it.
Why my 1994 lexus ls 400 keep cutting off
I would start by cleaning the mass air flow valve by spraying a non-chlronated brake to the inside of it cleaning the small wires inside of it then let it dry for 10-15 minutes before re-installing.If the problem still exist then check the fuel pressure and make sure its within its specs. If its not within the specs then replace the fuel pump.

1994 lexus sc400 no spark on driver side ,coil was replaced
Did you reset the computer after installing the new coil? Culprit, "now" has to be only one thing I can think of. the "computer" or the fuse that might be in place for that coil. If you have spark on the passenger side, it can not be the ignition module, cap or rotor. Take both battery cables off the battery and wait 30 min. Rehook the battery cables. See if the new coil kicks in. If not, check the fuse. If not bad, problem left is the computer.
