You have possibly melted a couple of wires together along the radio circuit. Also the radio unit itself has 1 or more protection fuses actually inside the unit that have blown, usually at back of unit in little bay near the wire clusters. Check your relays too, a blow out through jump starting can do all sorts of little burn-outs.

take it to a brake shop and have the linings and pads check for thickness if it just a squeal then that will be the indicator running on the disc if worse it could be damaged discs and drums

Is it supposed to open by power or by manual hand operation? if power, check the fuse. If manual the cable is bad and will need to be replaced. ( they are like brake cables on bicycles)

transponder ecu is at the center top of dash (above the radio). body ecu is at left side of dash by the junction/fuse box. engine ecu is at the lower side of dash on the right side. hope it helps.

you will have to remove the inside door panel so you can get behind where the mirror attaches to the door. there should be three nuts or bolts going thru to the mirror also you may have a wiring connector to disconnect that gives you power to the mirror. to install just go in reverse order.
