It is a internal CD Changer Problem, there is no way to get them out unless you dissassemble the Changer. Your best bet is to remove the Changer and take it into a Car Audio Repair Shop and have them take a look at it.

My wife has the Lexus IS250 with Navigation and just this morning she tells me she wanted to raise the AC from Low to higher position, but that nothing on the Navigation screen is working. I tried what David mentions above, but the only fuse that had 15A on it was in xlnt condition. Any other suggestions? Dealer talks like $1500 and the system has always been mediocre at best. You are possibly low on power steering fluid. Check the reservoir and top it up as needed. You will need to do this again after a short while, as air works its way out of the pipes.Then you should think about why it got low to start with. It is possible the power steering gear has sprung a leak somewhere. A common place for that is the steering rack end seals.

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery.
