Wendell did you fix it yet?I have the same problem I am trying to find a fuse for it or maybe wiring diagram.

Do you need to replace it? It's within the cooling system and usually in a hose just off the engine block. You can follow the radiator piping back to the engine. But you're better off referring to a repair manual Lexus GS300 Repair Manual 1997 2005 Service Repair Manuals

check for a bad relay, also all the fuses,

Have u checkd if they are the right bulbs also try lookin under bonnet for other fuses otherwise if u no how use a multimetre check to c if there is n e power getn to sockets

Could be speed sensor why take apart just change sensor,car is 12 years old and 200000K.

check for rear bulb burned

The fuse for the fog lights could be in the Fuse Convenience Center under the dash or in the Engine Compartment. It is most likely a fuse, relay, or could be the Fog Light Switch. You need to test each one starting with the Fog Light Switch first,

I believe it is in your switch. A lot of the models the key works the inside switch when you turn it also so if the switch inside hascorroded contacts the key would make no difference.
I have taken several of these switches apart and sanded the contacts and put them back together with a 100% working record afterward. If you donot want to completely take the switch apart then pick yourself one up at the wrecking yard for 5 or 10 bucks. You'll need to remove the switch but you won't have to tear into it. if it drives fine off idle then I would suspect the Idle air control valve.
If its hard to start unless you put your foot slightly on the gas then again I would suspect the IAC

are you sure the battery is good in the remote? if so try putting the key in the driver door lock and locking and unlocking the doors three times in a row. if this dosent work i suggest taking it to an experienced lexus shop.

Relamp it. If that doesn't work replace the fuse.
