Seatbelts wont retract after i
You will need to clean the seat belt tensioner (usually they are full of dust and hair) with warm soapy water then use some silicone lubricant and apply it to the upper anchor and it will start to slide back in with ease. If that does not fix it then you will need to replace the clockspring shaft inside the tensioner
Fuel not registering properly
If what you meant by that is the fact that it says you have little or no fuel in your car, or it is stuck in one place and doesn't move, here are your options.
1) If your fuel gauge fluctuates and/or tells you that your car has an incorrect amount of gas, you need to replace your fuel pump. It is roughly 130-180 bucks for the pump itself and about the same for the labor depending on the mechanic, but they do have to drop the gas tank.
2) If your gas gauge is stuck in one place and doesn't move, it's your floater, not the one you left in the toilet earlier, but the one that is physically located in your gas tank. In that case you have the easier, and much cheaper fix. If you have the tools/know-how of a car, you just have to drop the gas tank, which consists of a few other things being moved, and then opening it up (try to be low on gas at this time or you may get high off of the fumes, light a cigarette, and die) then you dig around, find the floater, and dislodge it from it's sitting point. Put the tank back on and you're solid.
Hope it helps.

look in the trunk, your vehicle is most likely equiped with a fuel pump reset switch.. if you look in the manual, or have access to a manual it will tell you exactly where its at, most of the time they are on the driver side of the trunk behind by fender well.
Why the trac light is on sometime on the dash
The wheel speed sensor may be bad in one or more of the wheels or the traction control module is bad.
Either way, the traction control will not work intermittently.
Have the computer scanned for codes on the traction control side.

When I press on the break the reverse light comes
I may have answer for the first problem. I found the cable in the trunk broken and shorted to other wires. It happened right at the driver side hinge. Because the cable were bending everytime the trunk open and close, the electrical cable broken and exposed. It messed up my 92 ls400 instrument light when I step on the brake.

if this engine has hydraulic valve lifters, then it could be a weak hydraulic lifter that pumps up once the oil warms up. Hopefully you dont have low oil pressure. Does the oil light stay on for a while after you start the engine. If it does that could cause your engine to knock
Mechanic says I need motor mounts and front brakes
Motor mounts- so the engine won't vibrate so bad at high speed;
Front brakes pad? you can check by yourself, or asked them to show you how much pad left. For brake rotors, you can just re-surface it (about $30 each); Transmission fluid - you can just drain and fill (about $40).
When turning the key in
call a local mechanic to have a look as the cause could be a number of things to numerous to mention here
Speedometer quit working
The first thing is to check all your fuses then check the speed sensor, you may have a bad speed sensor.
