check and see if your model have the hydrolic (not electric) coolant fan.If so pay attention to see if the fan is running very slow and never changes speed.If this is the case,check to make sure that the plug to the sensor that is located on back of the powersteering pump has not come loose.They are know to work there way off.If it is not unplugged than the sensor on back of the powersteering pump needs to be replaced.This will allow the proper flow of fluid and pressure to properly operate your fan.This may sound strange,but i buy es300's with this problem often because people are afraid of them and think there is a major problem.This will take only 5 minutes or less of your time.

Cold start circuit could be plugged with carbon. Throttle body may benefit from a cleaning. Or possibly the cold (warm up) valve.

Did you torque the head bolts in the proper pattern? Sounds like your head gasket is leaking.

There's a short rod held in place with plastic fasteners that goes from the outside handle to the door latch. You need to take off the door panel upholstery panel to get to it. Sometimes you get lucky and only need to put it back in place. If the plastic part is missing, look if it's in the bottom of the door. It's a small piece, but is a dealer item. A automotive glass shop might have them but not likely.

In fuse box under the hood.

I can help you with the drivers door. Simply put a screwdriver in the hole between outer door edge and lock mechanism. Push mechanism towards inside of door. The reverse of what happened when you accidentally locked the mechanism. I have done the same thing

check the cold start relay

how cheap it would have been just to run the fault codes first and fix only what was necessary run the fault codes now and see what you missed

This is a method of specifying how many additional degrees of rotation to turn a bolt after reaching a specified torque value.

Also what no one is mentioning is to make sure you have oil pressure, or that the oil pressure sensor is working, alot of newer vehicles run the fuel pumps off of them oil pressure sensor so if your vehicle stops pumping oil and lubricating, it shuts the fuel pump off to protect itself from damage or further damage

Might just be a corroded plug in to throttle body?

Any current above the 20 Ampere will cause the fuse to trip. Any shortage where in the cable, where in the car could cause this. You really should use a multimeter and a diagram, to look where the wire is going and what is connected. This questions looks like I feel sick, what illness do I have. The doctor will say, visit me and I do a diagnose. Same with this, only looking in the car, using the correct tools and schematics can help finding what is wrong.

When the car is not moving, "air" is not cooling the car down. So it is over heating. Your fan only comes on for so long and then stops. An overheating car can be a small problem that leads into a huge problem. Find the leak asap. Your thermostat could be bad, cooling sensor, radiator, hose(s) or water pump. Are you refilling it with antifreeze often?

cost varies world over. and even by dealers in same town. same with labor taxes property etc... endless reasons.

Engine Code 25, Air-Fuel Ratio Lean Malfunction. it could be ther are many causes for this code and you must check for vacumm leaks.

code 52 and code 55 are faulty knock sensor or circuit.

There is no code 52 but you might mean is P0520. or just 520. This indicates your oil pressure sensor / switch circuit is malfunctioning. It's not something that's urgent but will adversely affect your gas mileage. I would replace it as soon as you can. It's a $40. part. Good luck! Karl
