CHECK FOR LOW COOLANT LEVEL AND REPLACE THERMOSTAT AND THE RADIATOR PRESSURE CAP.IF CAR OVERHEATING AND COOLING FAN NOT WORKING.CHECK COOLANT FAN FUSE AND RELAY.IF BOTH OKAY,HOT WIRE COOLANT FAN,IF FAN WORKS, PROBLEM COULD BE FAULTY COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR,OR FAULTY PCM, IF COOLING FAN DONT WORK WHEN YOU HOT WIRE FAN.THE COOLING FAN ASSEMBLY NEED REPLACING.

Have you tried replacing the battery?

sounds like not getting enough fuel to engine. check or replace fuel filter then go from there.

What type of issue are you having?

no you need to find whats causing the huge power drain.

Probably low oil? Or maby change oil?

Counter clockwise, it's very tight. you really want to have a pneumatic impact tool for this. If you try to ge it off with a standard 1/2 drive socket/ratchet and try to use a piece of pipe for more leverage, something is likely to break. Also it becomes very difficult to hod the crankshaft from turning.

i have a brand new battery in a 1993 lexus es 300 the horn blows but lights will not come on neither will it start ive tried twisting the wires and taping the starter still will not start.

You might need to change the fuel filter, Check your air filter also.

There is no cabin filter

could be just a loose clamp !!!! you need to inspect while cold. look for a flow line or wet area, dry off the best you can,compressed air works great. run motor to build coolant pressure and check again for leaks, all hoses,connections (clamp areas ) do a complete visual and find the leak before you spend 150 - 250.00 0n unnecessary parts and labor for that lexus

you need to remove the upper intake plenum to access the rear three spark plugs. the gasket is reusable normally if you are care full.

then you may not have all of the bolts out.

lt sounds like you have draw on the system. check for odvios things like a radio staying on or visor light/ glove box lights. but if you don't find anything you can find the draw by hooking up a DMM to the battery by removing the negitive cable and setting the DMM to 10amp setting and give it 3 minutes to settle. if ti is showing more than 0.3 amps you have to pull indidual fueses to find the circut that is causing the draw. that will put you in the direction of where your problem is.
