Base on the information you posted,a failing alternator and/or belt + belt tensioner are the source of the problem.

If you has a volt meter then check on voltage of the battery terminal while the car is running.

It should be 13.6V to 14.6V

Check the wear indicator on the belt tensioner for aged tensioner.

Check belt for crack

If everything looks good then call AAA or a friend for a jump (I KNOW YOU CAN START THE CAR) but I need to rule out the electrical problem with the extra power from a boost.

Test all lights and power windows while the jumper cable is still attached from the other car,

Start the car and place foot on brake to see is can you shift out of park.
Put it back to park after test.

the computer is bad and also these cars are known for the insturment clusters to go bad along with the computer. get them both fixed and it will solve your problem.

Generally one of the auxiliary lights is draining your battery overnight. Check trunk and hood light switches also that in glove box and on the sun visors if they have lamps for the mirrors. Last customer had a electric drivers seat switch stuck on.

To check codes you can use a jumper to connect terminals tc TE1 and E1 together at the data link conector in the engone compartment. this is located at the left fromt of the intake.

I got this problem on my 1995 sc400, it does need some service.
spark plugs replacement, fuel injecters cleaning, replace fuel filter. thats all, and if you wont spend for that only remove the battery wait a couple of seconds and put it again. this thing will slove the problem for some days. but i recomend to do a full service.

If the smell is like rotten eggs you have a cat converter that has failed. If it is another smell (can't tell because I don't know what kind of antifreeze you have) but you will see while smoke it sounds like you have a blown head gasket. If the gasket blew badly enough, you may be loosing compression on one or two cylinders. which could cause it to run poorly. and having your map sensor unplugged doesn't. help.

you have 2 problems. the speedom. generally not work because the plasstic gear in sensor is broken, this is on rear transm. case. and 2nd problem maybe is starter motor , check

the system is low on charge, it has a leak, repair the leak and recharge

this problem is caused by burned main battery contacts in the starter solenoid, replace the starter solenoid or rebuild it if you can find a place to buy the contact set.

remove the 2 10mm bolts on top that you can see, then remove front part of inner fender liner you will find 2 10mm nuts. you will need a long extension. Recomend using duct tape around feneder area to avoid scratching.

is the check engine light on while driving?Also when u crank it do see the check engine light come on and then go off?

check your compressor

most of the time if the check engine light is not alluminated it is a bad engine controller.(computer).
