try priming the engine a couple of extra times by switching the key to on (not start) a couple of times before you switch it all the way to start. That will just get a little extra flow going from the fuel pump. this should solve your problem. But the cold is the cold, it may be something to grow into, and is not a big problem.

Hi! As a first course of action please remove the dash fuse and check if it's blown. Replace if necessary. Regarding the headlight, please do check the headlight fuse and relay. The only solutions I see left from your explanation is a short or a bad ECM. Unfortunately there is no easy place to start tracing these wires. Start in the obvious places that may have caused wear on any wiring involved in these circuits. Places where wires come in contact or are likely to come in contact with the metal edges of the firewalls and along the engine areas.

is your wires on the alternator good and tight? try there good luck.... wait!!!! why did you replace them? have you had them tested? it could just be simply your starter. if so go get your money back

Idle Air Control (IAC) selenoid, remove selenoid and using a rag wet with carb cleaner wipe sensor clean, wrap the rag on a wood or plastic stick and insert it into sensor housing making sure not to scratch walls and not spraying directly into housing or sensor.
