Have you taken out the cross members yet>? Get them out of the way and tilt the engine and tranny down a little in the rear, get a long extension on there and you should be able to get to them easier. Have you taken out the flywheel bolts yet? Get back with me when you get to them. Hope this helps.

It sounds like you have a fuel starvation issue. You need to verify if you are getting fuel into the engine. I believe these vehicles are equipped with some type of fuel injection system in that year. If you have a schrader valve on your fuel rail then hook up a fuel pressure guage to it and try to start the car, it should register some type of pressure on the guage if your fuel pump is working. If the pressure is low you may have a bad fuel pump or a clogged fuel filter.

If you read no fuel pressure you may have a bad fuel pump, bad fuel pump relay, or a really clogged filter. I would change the fuel filter and use a multimeter to check to see if you have power going to the pump. If you do not have any power going to the pump I would check your fuel pump relay and fuses.

check if you are using the right tires for your car and have your wheel balanced thats what causing the vibrations...

your lexus needs a good tune-up by changing the spark plugs and or high tension cord that supplies electricity to your spark plugs/ have the throttle body cleaned and check ISC sensor (idle speed control) function as well as the TPS sensor (throttle position sensor)

if the cats are glowing, i would suspect they are plugged, causing the rich condition. to confirm, perform a backpressure test. this involves removing the front oxygen sensor(s), threading a back pressure tester into the hole, and idling the car up to temp. depending on the tester you are using, any more then 1.4 PSI indicated a blockage. good luck!

Sounds like it may be time for some maintenance. Have the radiator and cooling system flushed(if you wish to do it yourself, you can buy a chemical at any auto parts store and follow the instructions). Once the cooling system has been cleaned and prior to refilling, replace the thermostat. Refill the system and bleed as necessary. Be sure to turn the heater on full blast as you're bleeding the cooling system. It should also make your heater and A/C a little more efficient.

Check for power at the blower motor. Possible causes of this could be blower motor, heater resistor, the control unit, or wiring. Typically its the motor or resistor.

Sounds like the wheel bearing requires adjustment. Remove the wheel trim and the hub dust cap. Take out the split pin and tighten the slotted nut using only enough force to take up the slack. Back it off and re-tighten spinning the wheel to seat the bearing. DO not tighten it beyong a light wrist movement Afer feeling for looseness, fit a new split pin and replace dust cap and wheel trim.

Need to replace struts.

Had same problem on 93 LS400, timing was off one tooth on left camshaft gear. Replaced belt and reset and no more problems. (Spent 1200.00 on repairs I did'nt need)

Sounds like a bad throttle position sensor or a vacuum leak Check vacuum hoses for cracks, then TPS for resistance

If your car has fold down seats there is a button on the top if the seat back cushion. If you can get into the trunk there is a lever between the speakers that you can pull to release the latch. If your car doesn't have fold down seating then the bottom seat cushions needs to be taken out to get to the back cushion bolts. The bottom is bolted and the top is hooked in.

Really what you have listed are worth it for that kind of car.

The expenses are not much, so I will strongly recommend you go ahead and buy it.

Since all starters drive a flywheel inside the bell housing of the transmission, it is always situated close to the engine block with its drive gear poking into the transmission itself. Look for a large assembly looking a lot like a half of a ball that is attached to the engine.
This is true on most any motor vehicle.

in the fuel tank at the bottum of your sending unit

you probably have a bad ground. or a bad head light switch.
