My stere is in completely safe mode
You need to take the radio out and write down the serial number. Then call you Audi dealer and provide him with the serial number and the VIN number of the car. Some dealer provide the radio code look up for free; other charge for the service. The code is written on a perforated card inside your operator manual.

Abs light is and breaks seem to be locked
You may have exceeded your "throw", braking shoe/ pad distance, and locked up one wheel or more. Calipers and shoe pistons have tolerances on distance they can go, and if a disk or drum has exceeded its usefulness and worn past the tolerances allowed, a cylinder or caliper may lock up after pushing out to far.

ABS light is on and breaks seem to be locked
I just ran into a similar problem with my vehicle. ABS sensor wires commonly fall into places they should and get rubbed down or fall right off so that could be part of the problem and as far as brakes locking up, the brake caliper has 2 (I believe) pistons that if not lubed during last brake service COULD be causing your problem. I was estimated $1200 at my local Midas I was able to buy brand new rotors, both left and right rear calipers and pads for $320 roughly and it took me 3 hours to do myself with the help of a socket set. Brakes are a relatively easy task to tackle. Good Luck

High fuel consumption
change o2 sensors every 60,000 miles and use iridium plugs they will outlast engine.
check engine light will not come on until sensors are completely shot, this also goes for your mass air flow, had same issues with 99 beetle happened at 80,000 miles, changed all three items ended up with 35mpg after getting 24mpg before fix.parts are cheap on ebay.

No power from fuse to feul pump
Hi William:
First confirm that the fuse is good.
Then confirm (use voltmeter) that there is power at that fuse.
Then use the meter to check for power at the fuel pump.
Odds are that you either have a broken wire or a bad connection, possibly where the wire connects to the fuel pump.
Confirm that the ircuit is grounded.
Hope this helps

Car overheated wont start
It probably has a bad head gasket from overheating. If it won't crank over, it may have a cylinder filled with coolant that leaked past the bad gasket.
