I cant get my 1998 Audi A6 radio of safe mode
Look in the owner's packet in the glovebox. There's a second book specifically for the stereo system. There should be a detachable card in there with a four-digit number on it. That's the radio code. The stereo manual explains how to enter it to unlock the radio. If you don't have that code, you'll need to take the car to the dealership. With proof of ownership of the vehicle, they can look up the code and enter it for you (make sure they write it down for you for future use, and show you how to enter it, since they're going to charge you an hour's labor or so to do this).

Need to pop the radio out of my 98 audi a6 and fix
It needs a U-key. You can make one by yourself by cutting a wire hanger into 2 pieces about 6 inches long and bending them. Insert the into the holes on the sides of the radio and pushing. It will pop out enough for you to pull it out.

When the service insp light flashes and the yellow
When that light flashes that is a signal to get the car into a repair shop immediately. The flashing means the catalic converter is in jeopardy of being damaged probably by unburned fuel entering it and being burned in it, making it operate much hotter than normal. Get it to a shop !!

Fuelpumpis not working, after cleaning the gastank
is the pump all the way sealed. and hooked back up. is the fuel level sensor in the correct position. if all that is good a good way to check and see if it is the pump itself have someone try and start the car while you pound and i do mean pound with fist NOT hammer on top of the seat just above the the pump see if car starts you also could have popped the fuse for the pump. that fuse is in the fuse panel on the left side in drivers door panel fuse is on the bottom left two or three up from bottom row. closest to the pillar. good luck.

1998 Audi A6 check engine light
What I would suggest is taking the car to an autoparts store and have them scan the computer for any fault codes that it has stored. Most parts stores will do the scan for free. That should eliminate the need for speculation. It could be an emission related problem or it could be something totally unrelated. Better to get the codes to narrow down what the computer has noted. Hope this helped and best wishes.

Car loses boost while driving normally
They could be related. Most likely your air injection is dumping at the wrong time. You really need to get this diagnosed by a professional. Hands on is the only way to do this.

How can i put a code on my radio to be open
If you no longer have your manuel, you can go to the dealer and have them enter your code if you have it. If you don't have the code for your radio or you just need the instructions, go to www.rado-code.com. They should get your radio working again for a small fee, much less then any dealer would charge. Good luck and keep me posted, would like to know your radio is working again. Be glad to help.

I cant get stereo out of safe mode
this is a security feature that Audi does on their OEM stereos. you have to go to the dealer and ask them to get you the security code to unlock it. check if you still have your original factory manual, as it should be listed in there.
