What I can tell you for sure is this: I replaced the passenger side visor on a '94 Legacy Lsi that was torn off when the car was stolen and driven from WV to FL. The neutral safety switch is mounted on the transmision behind the shift arm. If it fails, the whole switch must be changed. A schematic can be obtained by buying a repair manual at any parts store. Although I don't know why you need it. The switch eather works or it doesn't.

here is a trick ...jump it off and unhook + batt cable if car shuts off alternator if stays on replace batt
