improper maintenance--throttle body needs cleanin etc with tuneup-new plug wires etc----get a repair book at parts place--------tranny is old so it cud be many things-maybe the tv valve that aids in shiftin needs ajust--there are test for the torque convert--a pressure test is done on the fluid-if it is normal then look at other things also like a solenoid, a governor, an accumulator--------scan car and maybe do a fluid and filter change

Very cold climate/weather, I'd run 5 w 30. Warmer/hot weather 10 w 40.

Take and have your alternator checked for free at your autoparts store (autozone is one) to see if its putting out the correct voltage. Check and clean your battery connectors as well. How old is your battery?

If the handle on left side pulling up doesn't do it, try leaning back in the seat first, then pull the handle and lean forward while pulling handle up and see if seat back comes forward.

Change the bulb on the passenger rear.

If I'm reading your complaint correctly,the real problem is "how is the water getting there in the first place"?Start by inspecting the weather stripping around the doors and trunk for splits/cracks/missing sections and replace as neccesary.Most vehicles have drain plugs in the floors.accessing them will require pulling up the carpet.Good luck.

Sounds like ignition got wet or enough moisture got near ignition to make spark take alternative path. You might consider changing spark plug wires (most common cause)

you have a bad starter, lights horn and the other gadgets will work,and the click you hear is the solenoid on starter good luck

the fuel pump is located inside of the tank, at certain service centers , it could cost you, $400 - $600.00, i would check around at different service centers and garages to get the best deal.

Go down the road and press set. take your foot off the gas pedal if it works the speed will stay the same. You have to be going over 30mph

is the leak visually on the ground, then it seems like you could get under car and wipe a few things and see what leaks, thats a big leak, car would be leaving a smoke screen behind you from getting all over exhaust system. I would have to say, REAR MAIN SEAL BETWEEN MOTOR AND TRANS, OIL FILTER NOT TIGHT, Is oil all over the timing belt? front gasket/seal failure, Oil sending unit, is the light on or pressure gauge work?

If you have a plastic tank it's a sock filter attached to the fuel pump, it's supposedly self cleaning. If I recall correctly only the 95 Neons had an alternate metal tank with an external filter.

Oxygen sensors usually work or they dont .
If it was worn out usually you would see a change in fuel consumption.
It most probably is something being affected by the heat such as a cracked head which the crack will open up as engine gets hot.
It could also be from spark plugs and or leads breaking down, as overtime they are affected by heat.

Hello it is not easy to use a computer with a 4 year old constantly trying to get your attention.Anyhow i said disconnect your battery wait 5 minutes to reboot the computer i have gone through your situation a dozen times if it doesn't start it should trip your check engine light and you will be able to scan and retrieve keep me posted.John
