2004 suzuki forenza

engine runs or just the starter runs, no car runs, cars are just bodies. what runs exactly, be clear. if the starter runs, its bad.(itssolenolid is jammed) i use voltmeter to prove that, 0v on solenoid at fail, means the starter solenoid is bad. if engine runs. that is more serious, almost toyota like. these newer cars have more relays that can stick or the ignition switch can fail or some body added a remote start BS to it and its bad. we dont guess, and this is a dangerous car, we use the voltmeter on the IGn1 AND iGN2 PINS OF THE Ignition switch to see what is failiing, it or or relays if serious, most here are not, only looking for magic guessing but if serious, alldata.com has the primary schematics as does suzuki pit stop plus' this is a daewoo car body with same engine or GM engine and each engine is wired different, so no engine stated NO EXACT help ever.

Squealing noises are more apt to be from belts, not mechanical parts. It doesn't necessarily have to be "a belt" per se, as the noise could, in part, be caused by an idler pulley. Open the hood and try to locate the sound. FYI I have posted the complete 2004 Forenza Service manual on FIXYA. Do a site search with those key words.

P0342 cam angele sensor value low

P0342 is telling you your camshaft sensor is bad. Do not confuse this with Crankshaft sensor. They are two completely different animals. Not that difficult of a fix, and I have seen good answers elsewhere on the site. Part cost is around $45. Stay away from Parts Geek - multiple bad experiences with them.

HEATER IS NOT WORKING IN MY CAR 2004 SUZUKI FORENZA, WHAT CAN I DO TO RESET TO HEAT?

reset , i love that word, it's great new wave name for the computer age. "all things get fixed by pushing a button." nah, not even close.
  1. if the blower fan does not blow, the blower fuse is blown , check all fuses. or the fuse named that.
  2. the engine coolant must reach 180F or more, and hold there, or there will be no heat. (or tiny)
  3. if the blower blows cold air, (above good) then the dampers for the heater core is closed, bad dampers or controls.
  4. The heater core can packup if you fail to to proper engine coolant (drain, backflushes an refills.
  5. number 2 above can fail if the engine thermostat is bad or missing.
tell more get more, answer #1 first.
