Thermostat or water pump?

Sounds like a thermostat is being sticky. A water pump issue should cause the vehicle to over heat quickly while driving if it is not pumping.

Any idea on what might be the problem with my hydraulic clutch system (and what/how to fix)?

Hi,if you are loosing clutch flued the most likely place is the slave cylinder as you have already replaced the master cylinder, its proberly leaking inside so you cant see it. I mean all you have is one slave cylinder atached to a pipe wich attaches to the slave cylinder so if theres a leak it has to be from one of these parts. let me know when you find out,all the best.

Suzuki forenza wont even fire or turn over! Headlights and radio work fine just wont start and is new battery!

This procedure usually works: ·Check the battery cable connections: Make sure the positive cable, makes a good connection at the battery and at the starter. Make sure the negative cable makes a good ground connection at the battery and (preferably) at the engine. ·Check the battery the simple way, like this: Turn on the headlights, then try to start the car.If the headlights do not dim or go out, then the battery is likely ok. ·Check the starter and solenoid: If the wiring looks ok, then look at the starter solenoid for a good connection, and proper voltage at the starter(10 volts minimum while cranking). If the starter spins and no crank, the problem is most likely the Solenoid's bendix gear is stuck. Have someone hit (not too hard) the starter while you try to start the car. This usually works by dislodging a stuck bendix gear. ·Make a simple test of the alternator: If you can, somehow get the engine running, measure the voltage at the battery. It should be at least 13.6 volts to properly charge the battery.

Suzuki forenza wont start. headlights radio interior lights all work but car wont click or turn over at all

Batter's good if lights work. No clicking usually means the starter is bad. Unfortunately, it's a push it or two it to the mechanic.

Hi I have a 2004 forenza and I was having trouble with the car not wanting to accelerate. It will jerk back and forth and wouldn't go past 60 mph and my rpms would just go back and forth. I didn't hav

start off by checking your transmission fluid and engine oil now this may have something to do with the throttle computer or it could be the computer not communicating properly so the tranny computer may be bad check all your spark plug connections and you should probably check the spark plugs themself to make sure they are not fouled out sometimes these situations can make you think its something complicated when it may not be.it could also be the catalytic converter stopped up have a local advanced auto parts or autozone store plug into your computer their computer should tell you the problem for this is where you should start.and certain vehicles have certain recommended type of plugs most now days require platinum plugs.

Jerky acceleration and check engine light on

When the light comes on, one or more diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) are stored in the engine control module. These DTCs remain even if the light goes out. To address a Check Engine Light problem, the DTCs are retrieved and the appropriate troubleshooting information is followed in order to determine the problem.Scanned the computer car to know faul codes stored there.Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.Thank you for using FixYa, have a nice day.

Need firing order for 2004 vw polo 1.6. also which

1,3,4,2 on all 4 banger, unless boxer engines ah, didng change them 1 by one, you bad boy. ok most coil packs are marked. (wasted spark) did you look at both,? old and new for marks 2 coils ,1 back and 1 coil runs 2 cylinders wasting spark on exhaust stroke. alldata.com, log in (did you Google this first) or go to rockauto.com see all packs zoom in and luck out and see the marks? Nah, just looked, not there fist google hit lands on fixya http://www.fixya.com/cars/t20217864-need_correct_firing_order_volkswagen but id not trust that but you could just guess its just 4 wires. after all 2 ways works, (will run if coil is backwards) try 1 and 4 on one end the 1 and 4 on other end. see my drift 1 fires on compression TDC while 4 fires at exhuast TDC (called wasted spark) then put the other 2 wires in any order it will start. if serious, alldata.com had the answer every time. one stop and bingo. the plugs are gang fired, in pairs. is the trick here.
