My suzuki esteem wagon is a a/t model 97 1.6v
mines in the wrecking yard, it exploded, one day.so we RIP, it . If in USA sell the pig, suzuki is now bugged out. like yugo/isuzu/deawoo.sell it. win, you will.my guess the G3 network died mid , textingso re-post, with full symptoms or a job or ?
I can't locate the reverse light switch of my suzuki esteem wagon glx 1.6v a/t 1997 can you give me an idea regading the said reverse light switch thanks ang more power please.....

that means the transmission PRNDL switch is failing for the R contacts.
but what transmission, is there, the A/T above, or an MT.
auto or stick ,we cant guess transmission here

Where is the switch or button to turn the a/c on? I see the 2 lights to show that the a/c is on, but can't find how to turn it on

see A/c light glow.
if the A./c light glows the compressor clutch engages and the shaft of compressor turns (belt not missing)
and you get A/C
if the clutch is dead, that is because the A/C logic module sees up to 6 errors, (bad inputs) or the high/low pressure switch is open.
if the H/low switch is open , the Freon has leaked out .
and the switch protects total destruction of the compressor.
that is how it works, get it serviced ?

Esteem 97 right and with what engine 1.6L or 1.8L G16/J18?
HOt or cold engine or both, does it get hot 180F and hold?
does so parked gunning engine or only moving.
what transmission A./T or M/T?
so is it the engine? we cant drive so you must say,
if engine? that is misfire.!
if not engine , CV joints? or transmission slip? find a mech and get it diagnosed?
Ill toss the magic coin and land on ENGINE:
and 90% of all misfire. is never tuned up this decade.
with spark parts and filters. all filters.

yes, it is EFI injected and sparked here. in USA.
if tuned up already.
1: does the CEL lamp glow keyon and stay off running>?
2: yes, and yes, so scan it. , heck scan it no matter what.
Power steering fluid
not major service? on this system> just looking>?then do just that key off, it has a dip stick in the cap.engine off.
Remove headlight cover
The headlight cover is not really a cover...it is the assembly which needs to be removed completely from the car to access the bulb hole that is the only access to the interior surfaces of the assembly. Lots of screws and awkward positions to get it out. Best bet, leave it alone or pull the bulb socket and use very long q-tips to clean out moisture!
Why check engine is on
The information below was complied by me, it explains what causes the check engine light to come on and the process of finding the cause.
When the Check Engine light (or Service Engine Soon or small picture of an engine) is turned on, the systems computer control unit (called the PCM) has sensed a fault in the electronic controls of the engine and/or the emission system. When this happens you will seldom feel the car engine run any different. There are about 200 possible system faults (the gas cap is just one of them) that turn the Check Engine light on, to know what has developed a problem you must have the system tested, this is called an OBD2 fault code test, Kragen/Oriley and Autozone parts stores (USA only) do this testing for free.
