Why dash light fuse keeps blowing 10amp in my suzuki cultus 96, anyone know why?

sure that feed is SHORTED. the fuse, saves the FIRE , if there was no fuse at all. boom. same with home, cars, trains or air craft. all the same. this. using a higher fuse is dumb. sorry, but why risk fire.? or very very expensive harness damage , why?. what do you what, 101 class on shorts? You got it. sure, we have a great video showing the magic of ammeters. see Duanes fine video link here. http://www.fixkick.com/power-elect/blows-fuse.html if all this is greek , find any ASE mech, he knows.

Yes, you can change both. But my question is why do you want to change these two main items? Any accidents? Because under normal usage nothing should have happened to either the engine or the chasis. If accidented, then the effort will not be worth the trouble.

Installed a new transmission now it wont start

Recheck all the electric connections under the hood. Something may have gotten knocked off/unplugged/broken that you did not notice upon reassembly. Also check ALL the fuses just in case there was a short . You may have blown one of the bigger block fuses that are there but tend to go unnoticed. For a blown fuse most people only check the flat fuses. The block fuses carry the heavier loads.

My car's radiator has recently been overhauled.

Yes I change it or get it changed. That would be a good place to start, it shouldn't cost that much.

We just bought a 2000 Suzuki esteem, the problem

The cluch not fully disingaging , ( carpet under the pedel, pedel bent , bushing worn out of pedal, low on fluild in clutch master ( brake fluid ) and bad cluch master or slave or air in system. A damaged clutch will drag too. If it shifts OK with the car shut off standing still trans lube is likly OK too. If it has a clutch cable it may need to be adjusted pull up on the clutch pedal as high as it can go then pust down with your hand it should only go down an inch before it gets harder to pust down as it openes the clutch and shoul continue to go down about 4 or more inches. The pedal should be as high or a little higher than the break paedal. If not the pedal height may be needing to be adjusted higher. Some slave master hydrolic sysems aren't adjusted and have to be replaced to fix lack of enought movement Clutes that are hard to pust in or get much harder as you get closer to the floor the cluch is likly to be worn out and need to be changed with a new clutch kit and resurface the flywheel. The flywheel can change to unflatand the cluch can drag. engine oil getting into the clutch though a leak in the valve cover or rear main can get on the cluch and make it drag and grab.
