Turbo model has electric fuel pump in tank. Regular model by engine. Better hope it is the one outside the engine - much easier to repair/rep/ace

You could have a bad crankshaft or camshaft sensor if the PCM does not sense the car is turning over it wont turn on fuel. Also you could have a temp sensor out of range if it shows the PCM the engine is overheated it will shut off fuel

replace it once thay start whining its a sign there on the way out

Replace the scanner battery.

Fuel pump and filter are suspected, consider replacement.

I would seek the help of your local sign shop. They can get vinyl in just about any pattern you like. I am sure they can help you with a wood grain vinyl application.

They will be able to give you some tips on how to apply it correctly.

If it sound like a diesel when running,it's possibly the wrist pins/piston,i've done these before

There are times the a Odometer cable wares out and breaks or your speedometer broke. I would try changing the cable first it's cheaper.

ur vinnumber is on the dash n left hand side of the dash it on ur registion too it tells everything about the car

check the cicuit from alternator to the battery. make sure the fusible link in that circuit is not bad.

have you checked your fuel filter that would cause that if you have then check your plugs

the power loss light has nothing to do with the alternator, the power loss light is part of the on-board computer system it is the equivalent of the check engine light on newer cars it is on because one of the sensors is not working on the car.

this is how to retrieve the code that is turning on the light.

turn the key on ( do not crank the engine ) turn the key off, turn the key on, turn the key off, turn the key on. ( never crank the engine ) this all has to be done in les then 10 seconds so to re-cap key on, off,on,off, on.

the power loss light will start flashing. all codes are 2 digit, for example a code will look like this.

flash,flash, pause (about 1 second), flash, flash,flash this code would be a 23 , the first two flashes would be a 2 the pause is the separator the next 3 flashes are a 3 so the code is 23, i hope you under stand.

I would use 10w30 oil or 30w if it has a lot of miles on it

leaking water from under the water indicates a bad pump.check your battery connections for the starting problem

disconnect battery...remove wires from back of starter....remove mounting bolts from starter ....replace starter install is reverse
