The ABS fuse/relay should be under the hood. not under your dash in those fuses. should be a black cube about 1x1 inch. My Chrysler Cirrus box is black, near the battery end under hood, near computer(Pcm) wire harness goes in. Not sure what a concorde looks like but should be similar.

check flexplate,i had a vehicle w/ 2.7 that would throw similar codes(cyl miss code that would change to"cam counter" then weird tranny codes and back)changed cntroll box on trans,coils,cam sensor .ended up being a cracked flexplate that shifted enough it was screwing with crankshaft sensor.the sbec(brain box) was going nuts trying to figure out why cam/crank signals didnt jive so it was basically"guessing" why.its a mechanical failure causing good sensors to read bad,if the codes come back or throw diffrent ones after reset look at non computer causes,dealer should know better.

How many miles/kilometers on your 19-year-old car? Older cars generally have a lot of miles, and a lot of wear on the engine. If your engine is burning oil (bad piston rings, bad valve seals, etc), the oil contamination in the exhaust will eventually plug up or reduce the efficiency of the catalytic converter. If you got a P0420 code, you probably will have to replace the converter. But FIRST, correct the problem with the engine burning oil. Or you will quickly damage your new converter.

some cars I've worked on, if you overcharge the system, the compressor will shut off automatically if the pressure is too high by means of two or more pressure switches. Theoretically you won't damage anything because the system just won't run for more than a few seconds before shutting off again. You won't get any cooling of course if this happens. I just used a small screwdriver the open the schrader valve (like how you'd let air out of a tire) until it was back at the correct pressure. EPA won't like you. Don't add let some out watch and listen for the compressor clutch to engage and stay on. Not cycle on off on off... If there is a leak or block in the system this won't work.

if you have a timing belt, very possible it broke..

it's a vacuum problem. when you lose vacuum they go into defrost mode as 'default mode'. it is safer for driver that way too, at least they can always see no matter what. check all the little vacuum hoses under the hood.

Have an auto parts store read the code (providing the CEI light on the dash is on). They could recommend the right parts based on the code you have. If it is the EGR Valve, they are easy to replace.

Something is resonating. If you can't find it, have your tires checked for balance.

If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and injector pulse. If your missing all three, check the cam and crank sensors. Don't replace anything unless your testing points in that direction. Any applicable trouble codes? With intermittent issues have to test when problem is ongoing.

Yes, this is most likely a shift solenoid but I would do the dummy check on the fluid level first. Tranny oil also needs to be changed every 60000 miles on most vehicles.
