Been trying to get my 07 Tuned by STi Subaru going after replacing a battery.

Do you have power in the dashboard? does the starter turn? if not check related fuses. also there is a small wire which should be connected to the starter sometimes they fall off when bumped and it will not crank. there can be many other reasons though.

Electric windows not working

Check the fuses first and then the window switches themselves. You will have to remove them and put a meter on them. You can cross the wires to see if the window will go up or down. If you can do it by crossing the wires then the switch is bad.

Where arefreeze plugs

Subaru vehicles don't actually have what most people call freeze plugs. They do have plugs thread into the block, and there are two of these plugs on the bottom of the block. They take a 14mm allen-wrench to remove or install. The plug on the drivers side of the block, above where the engine oil dipstick meets the oil pan, is where the factory accessory block heater gets installed if needed. I hope this info helps!

1998 Subaru Impreza Airbag light

You will need to get the computer read for the fault code.Locate a garage or dealer that can do this for you.and maybe they could try to erase it also.It will determine the seriousness of it,if it remains on fix needed now,if it stays away plan for the fix cost that will come if it returns.
There are all sorts of sensors to this, seat belt pretensioners, inertia sensors, airbags, charge and deploy sensors etc etc.
I hope this helps and get back to me with your findings.
