so flipping the indicator switch doesn't affect the signals lights? It sounds like the electronic flasher module has gone bad. This will be located under the dash near the steering column (don't know exact location as it varies on car). The unit will be labeled

automotive shops online software called AllData. It is the best auto technician
database available today. You can print out specific troubleshooting procedures, diagrams, step-by-step istructions, and soforth. The typical person cannot afford to pay for this service, just automotive dealerships, etc... that is why the public library made it available to everyone and for free to view and print out material. Is there a way to change the spark plugs from the underside?
you can change them with a 2" t bar and a selection of extension bars and a friend with small hands you need to crack them with a 12" tube and then work them out with great difficulty and a selction of extensions and a lot of time takes me about 2 hours but i do all the work from above good look if you have the money id take it to a garage but make sure they do them as its known they dont i get around 70000 out of one set
I have a 2002 Impreza that has a miss at times but
the engine light blinking during the miss means misfire is occuring and damage to convertors is possible,use a spray bottle full of water and spray ignition system coil,wires etc... if their is a fault with these components you will see some arcing occur, then you fou nd the problem,you also may need to power brake the engine to create a load and find the problem good luck!
I replace 4 spark plugs now motor won't start
you might wana check if the spark plugs are all the way down tightin and if they are the right spark plugs it says what kind of plug to use under your hood...and if you did it yourself hopefully you didnt put the spark plug WIRES the wrong way
Problem with transaxle?
Have the 4X4 transfer case fluid changed and a bottle of friction modifier added, sounds like the clutches are sticking, if that doesn't correct the problem then the transfer case will need to be overhauled
