Well the most common causes are leaking injectors, fuel pressure regulator, or the check valve in the fuel pump. You could block off the return line to eliminate the valve in the pump.

Some models do, some don't. If yours has one, it would be visible with the door open.

you have to have a main key. you may be able to remove the panel and release that way. under dash. pull cable.

Start simple, change your gas filter first. Then check the gas pressure at the fuel rail. When was the last time you got a tune up?

had that problem.there is a wire harness on the trunk hinge.drivers side.it was a broken wire.common lexus problem

check for a blown fuse in the fuse panel and if its not that pull the gauge cluster out of the dash and check the power and ground going to it cause most of the time its a bad ground wire or power wire cause people tend to kick wires under the dash on accident or they get worn or come apart

thermostat might need replacing,or heater core

The timing belt? At 100000 km.
