what kind of car? may have gotten some bad gas. try replacing the fuel filter. could be a fuel pump.

Dirty fuel injector

1st pull the door panel off and see why it will not go up.

on right side of the intake manifold is the cooling outlet.is plastic with bras nipple.open the nipple and let coolant flow out.don't overtight

u have not said what it is doing but if it is moving some of the way on its own and does so slowly then u have a problem with the pump. it could be low on oil or it may need to be replaced. you can find them at a good price from junk yard. this is all the help I can offer with the information provided. hope it helps

replace timing chain

engin miss timed

We would not have cost info since pricing depends on your area. The blower motor is behind the glove box and the dash does not come out to replace it. A mechanic would check the blower motor for power and ground, then proceed with testing as necessary. It could be the blower motor, or something electrical. There could also be snow frozen in the housing, or something blocking the motor from running.
