NO in does not. some you have to disconnect the upper motor mount and jack it up a little bit [use a piece of wood between the oil pan and the jack if you do this] most times the water pump is easy to change.

are you sure its the bushings making the noise? first off you dont grease the bushings. a lot of the squeaking i have seen comes from the ball joints. that generally means they need to be replaced. you need to make a real inspection of the front suspension. none of the parts that come on these cars have grease fittings. usually the upper strut bushings are the first to go. like i said, you need to make an inspection. you may have parts that are failing. this can be dangerous if one fails. there are bushings, 2 each, on both the upper and lower control arms. the lowers are where the arm attaches to the frame. the uppers are attached to the upper strut mount. generally you would replace the complete control arm assemblys

First check your battery. If it is not fully charged then you need to give it a full charge and then have it checked to see if it is good. If the battery is bad that is your problem. If it fully charges and tests good then it is most likely your alternator. If that checks out then I would check the starter......unless it is turning over ok.

You'll need a set of metric sockets and end wrenches. Then disconnect the positive battery cable. Wrap the terminal you removed from the battery in a rag and secure it away from the battery. Follow the positive battery cable down to the engine block. It will most certainly be connected to the starter. Remove the cable and any other small wires. Make a diagram showing where to reconnect them. Remove 2 14 mm bolts from the starter to bell housing. Remove starter. Reverse the procedure to install new one.

The a/c compressor can not be bypassed on this engine. The compressor will either need to be replaced or removed and a special bypass pulley installed in its place. the thermostat is on the front end side of the engine behind the alternator, just follow the radiator hose

Transmission fluid temperature too hot. Most likely the Trans Temp Sensor. But also check your antifreeze because the trans fluid cools though the radiator. Also need to ask if you were towing a boat or trailer -- this can also cause the transmission to overwork and over heat. really important -- once the trans fluid has overheated -- regardless of the cause - you MUST change the trans fluid ASAP. Once it overheats, it loses its ability to lubricate and can lead to much worse problems.

In the fuel tank.

remove wheel then remove the brake caliper from its mounting and support with a wire out of way, then rotor assembly, separate the ball joint from the spindle. remove the axle nut and pull the shaft out of the spindle. then pull half shaft out of the transaxle(transmission). be aware you will lose some trans fluid that you will have to replace. install new half shaft and re assemble in reverse order. the axle nut torque is 135 lbs. its cheaper to replace the half shaft as a unit as opposed to just the cv joint.

Check the oil,, then spark plug wires, clean or replace plugs check cap and rotor if it has one,, fuel filter, Timing, Some of these will require a manual that you can check out of the Library in most cases,, good luck
