It sounds like your rear brgs are "tracking". This means that the outer casing of the brgs are turning a bit at regular intervals in the housing. It does not happen when coasting, only under load. Col

Standard practice is check for spark at each plug when you crank. If you're getting spark, then check for fuel getting to cylinders.

If you are referring to the old inertia switch for fuel shut off during a crash, the manufacturers don't use these any longer. The airbag system is connected to the fuel pump relay through the ECM. When the airbags deploy, the fuel pump stops. This system involves using the standard fuel pump relay. When the relay or associated circuitry fails, the fuel pump wont come on.

There is no horn relay..

It's not rocket science . Unbolt it from the vehicle ,unclip it . What ever holds it down . Turn it over , all the connectors are bolted to the bottom . unscrew them pull them out .
