Whether this is causing your battery to drain isn't clear - there are other causes of batteries discharging, such as burnt out diodes in the alternator.
Treat it as 3 faults - try and rectify the 2 error codes first (disconnect the car battery whe not in use to prevent it draining) .. and then look at the cause of the battery discharge
neutral run relay ? no such thing . park neutral safety switch on the transmission , have B+ voltage on one side if the switch is in park or neutral B+ voltage will pass through to the PCM - engine computer . If the PCM see's this B+ input it will energize the starter notor relay located in the under hood fuse / relay box . This will send B+ voltage to the S terminal on the starter solenoid . If you hear a click under the hood , an it is the starter solenoid . You could have a bad starter , or a voltage drop in the cables or battery connections . Doing a voltage drop test on the starting circuit is the thing to do first . Starter Voltage Drop You can find the starter 07 Chrysler Pacifica AWD 4 0 starter replacement yours is in the same place
REMOVAL
Behind the front left wheel splash shield
1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
Raise vehicle and support.
3.
Remove the left front wheel.
4.
Remove the left front splash shield.
5.
Unlock and remove the 4 connectors .
6.
Remove the 3 mounting screws .
7.
Remove the PCM.
Pull back the carpet to access the front upper screw that secures the air inlet housing.
Remove the recirculation door actuator.
Remove the recirculation door actuator wire lead from the routing clip located on the lower air inlet housing and position the wire lead aside.
Disconnect the blower motor wire lead connector from the blower motor resistor or power module, depending on application.
Lower Air Inlet Housing
Remove the one screw (from the top) that secures the lower air inlet housing to the upper air inlet housing.
Remove the four screws (from the bottom) that secure the lower air inlet housing to the upper air inlet housing and remove the lower HVAC housing.
Blower Motor Wire Lead Grommet
Push the rubber blower motor wire lead grommet through the opening in the lower air inlet housing.
Feed the blower motor wire lead through the opening in the lower air inlet housing and remove the lower air inlet housing from the vehicle.
Position the recirculation-air door as necessary to access and remove the three screws that secure the blower motor to the lower half of the HVAC housing.
Gently flex the recirculation air door far down enough to remove the blower motor and wheel from the HVAC housing.
Blower Motor Mounting Tabs
Remove the blower motor and wheel from the HVAC housing. Note the position of the blower motor mounting tabs.
INSTALLATION
Position the blower motor and wheel to the lower half of the HVAC housing. Align the blower motor mounting tabs to the correct location on the HVAC housing.
Gently flex the recirculation-air door far down enough to install the blower motor and
Modern ABS systems require special tools to bleed them. In any case if the system has air in it then you have a problem that must be repaired. Anytime the lights are in the dash the system will record a fault code or codes, have the ABS codes scanned.
If it were me. I would buy the timing kit and everything in the area. This is p0016 Crank/cam correlation. Guides are most likely worn out. I would replace the oil pan. The fuel sender for the gauge requires a new fuel sending unit. At a garage, $2000+ parts and labor..
