Only thing that would cause your vehicle to not start after replacing a serpentine belt, is maybe a wire was knocked off during installation. Your car will run, even without the serpentine belt on it (don't do it, it will cause it to overheat very fast and may cause damage). So just check around, odds are its something simple

2004 ?,well sorry you have wasted money ,this is a sensor problem that can only be traced with the right software and cable connections on the OBDII connector .So best one here is to book it into the dealer when its payday .

I had the same problem with my 2005 and I had it in and out of the dealership. After about 4 times of taking it in they found that it was a relay in the ignition system. I had problems with the car dieing as I was driving. I also had issues withe the car not starting after I got somewhere. When you try to start the car the lights and everything would come on but the engine would not turn over or make any noise at all. For me this was all under the factory warranty.

Check owners manual . Or take it to local parts store they can do a free diagnosis for you.
