What is the easyiest way to get to the freeze plug?

Check the water pump before you go for a freeze plug. Look on the under side of the water pump shaft and you will see a weep hole. If coolant is coming out of this hole your water pump bearings and seals have pooped out. A freeze plug is not likely for the year of vehicle you have. Also grab the pulley of fan that is attached to the water pump and wobble it. If it moves at all your water pump is probably the culprit. There should be absolutely no play in the water pump shaft.

How do i get to the freeze plug?

You don't say which engine you have, but most freeze plugs are accessed from underneath the vehicle. Sorry to say that they are never in an easy place to get too. The old one is easy to knock out or in which ever the case. Use a long screwdriver of pry bar to tap the edge of the old plug. Be careful not to scratch the hole that the plug sets into when knocking the old plug out.

Car wont start after replacing headlights

Car no start problem is sometimes very difficult to confirm. You try all the possible things, but still you get no fault and problem is still the same.--------
In that case, you need to check few things individually.
Check the spark, the battery, the crank, the fuel and other most possible parts. Click this link below for more details:-- http://howtobyme.blogspot.com/2011/10/car-troubleshooting-tips.html
