spray some w40 in the gap or so DP spray. let it soak in for about 10min then try again.may need a bit of a help so you may need to use somthing to lift it up. when you get it moving keep it moving up/down and add more spray until it is a nice movment. should hear a click when it moves from lock to unlock.

is the drain hose connected?also check the blower motor inlet for napkins blocking off the airflow.

The main reason for a resistor to go bad is because the blower is pulling too many amps to work. Check your blower motor.

Have it properly diagnosed at a repair shop

The door lock actuator in the door is froze up in the door the door pad has to be removed the latch has to come out and the actuator is held on by one screw re install the latch assembly and its fixed

replace the heater resistor block. On my 2002 Voyger it was easy and part was apx. 17.00. drop the door of the glove box. Let hang and behind the box is the unit. Remove 2 ea, 8mm screws and unplug a 6 pin plug and a 2 pin plug. Replace unit install two screws and replug in connectors. Will take apx. 15 min. and will save you money and a trip to the shop. I "think" it is, there is an updated tensioner also, be sure to replace the water pump. the engine may be trashed.
