P01684 just says that the battery has been disconnected within the past 50 starts. If you have already replaced the TPS and still get the P0122 code, it could be a short in the wiring or a problem with your Powertrain Control Module. Other names for the PCM is ECM and ECU. it is in front next to the drivers side head light. you need a 10 mm socket and racket

It would have to be running for the alternator to charge the battery.Did you check all of the fuses and the connections on the alternator with a meter ?

Check Battery Voltage. Then Check Cables from battery to starter. If all looks good. you probably got a bad starter

try disconnecting battery and putting both wires that where removed from the battery together this discharges all power in the car and resets everything its cheap easy and may fix it
