Fuse box diagram
If something quits in your car and you suspect a blown fuse, you can find it by pulling out each fuse one by one. Don't mix them up, replace each one as you go, across the top or down the sides, make sure to look at each one. You may even find you have more than one blown fuse! Don't worry about your intended location, checking them all this way will take less than a minute of time. If you have some needle-nose plyers, they work very well, most times you can use your fingers. Here are a few pictures if your unfamiliar with what your looking for:

My 1999 chrysler 300m is always stalling while
Battery probably not the problem. If it is stalling while driving, is there a service engine soon or check engine light that goes on before it stalls? If so, there is likely a code or codes stored in the computer that should point you in the correct 'sensor' direction, or tell you why it is stalling.
Car cutting off
Take it to your local parts house have them scan for engine codes. They will be able to tell you what is failing
My Chrysler 300m 2002 wouldn't start found out the
Easy way to find out. #1 take some starting fluid, a very short 1 or 2 second squirt into the air intake tube by the air filter. see if car starts. if it does it could be the pump or the fuel pressure regulator or maybe your not getting spark to the coils. #2 take a big rubber mallet and while some turns the engine over whack the bottom of the gas tank real hard (Rubber mallet). if the pump kicks on and the car starts then you have a bad fuel pump. #3, find the schreader valve on the end of the fuel rail, turn key to on position, press the schreader valve, if gas flies out then your pump is working.

My throttle cables came loose while I had my
General:Throttle cable are fixed to pedal,no chance to get loose.Best guess:Ceck carburettor axle,u must rotate by hand and reposition the cable. The cable lock (witch also make the adjustment and tension) also must be in place, all that is under the hood.Cheers
1999 chrysler 300m wont crank, code P0340
Sounds like the timing belt broke. Unfortunately this vehicle was not equiped with no contact valves so if that is the case you will need to have the engine and Head rebuilt. If the crank position sensor can't sense the position of the crank it should shutdown the electrical to keep you from damaging your engine.
Car is over heating. antifreeze leaks out the top
can be caused by many things.does it leak (overheat) all the time.does it do it at first start, parked, idling, for 5mi, or 30min.?or only after engine warmup ,then i drive and only at stop signsdoes it overheat moving fast , steady 45mph speed?there are many tests, all are easy.first off , it can be bad RAD,thermostat, lost coolant (ignored service) bad water pump, bad RAD CAP.(replace if bad)or cracked engine bock, cracked head, bad head to block gasket.to name a few.if it only fails at stops signs look for RAD tube blockagei use an IR pyro gun to find these.there are 3 more tests, ask.
