Check Ebay for these. There are several out ther and some people make these very affordable and even add more information than is supplied by the manufacture. There are several out there and I chust checked so they are available. There is a wide range in prices but if you start to search more generally come up and then you can decide on what you want to spend. All these manuals have good information for do it your self repairs

As
a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you remove the
positive battery connector and let it sit for at least 5mins. before
reconnecting it. This will reset the system and can get your vehicle
back to it's normal operation.

I have a Cadillac SRX
It sounds like a problem in the driver's master window control switch. That is where all the wiring comes together.The door and window gets controlled by same switch.If the switch is getting shorted then this problem occurs.The switch has connections in it, if particular connections gets short, then it will stop functioning few functions, but other doors windows will operate.---------

My 2005 Cadillac SRX has developed a rattling
Check Lights are OBD2 System Malfunctions,
that have been with us for 30 years,nothing to
do with oil.
You most likely have cylinder misfires, that need
to be diagnosed,or one of ten other possibles
How do you remove the
- Turn off all electronics in the car.
- First you want to remove the negative and positive cables on the side of the battery.
- You will notice on the sides of the battery box ( towards the bottom lip of the lid ) there are bolts on both sides that secure it.
- Remove them bolts.
- Now there is this harness on top of the box that is kind of in the way. If memory serve it is kind of connected by a little plastic connector. Take a Flathead screwdriver and lift up underneath the plastic piece just until it pops loose from the cover.
- Now the lid comes up and you have to maneuver it around the harness. It's kind of a tight fit but not to bad.
- Install a new battery
