Possible windscreen leak? Have the windscreen sealed. Also check under for any missing rubber plugs.

autozone can print you out the correct belt routing and you can rent a serpentine belt tool to do the job right

You failed to mention which control panel and year. Have the codes read for that panel.

Pre facelift is not sealed, easy to fix. Often the LED`s burn out. These can be replaced if you feel safe with a soldering iron.
