C70 not starting
If it cranks and engine turns you have electricity and no gasoline going to the engine. If no crank and no electricity check battery first for electrical power or follow the positive red wire to the starter and check the little red wire on top of the starters solenoid which is the part that is attached right on top of the battery and see if its touching or loose or cut. The battery starts the starter, the starter turns the fly wheel, the ignition gives spark in the combustion chamber with compressed air and gasoline that goes by the lifters intake and exhaust valve. If you have electricity please take off the fuel pump relay to an auto mechanic which is located in the main fuse compartment to check if its faulty and if it's not then you have no electricity going to the fuel pump or the fuel filter is clogged or fuel injectors have problems. My suggestion is that you take it to a mechanic auto shop for a base check and after they fix it you can buy yourself a Chilton's repair manual to learn how your vehicle functions step by step by the letter and how to be able to troubleshoot your own vehicle when problems like this arise!

As a mechanic graduate expert my best answer for you is to go on line or directly to a Pepboys or Auto Zone auto parts store and buy yourself the Chilton's manual for your vehicle by or Hane's repair manual. Here is the link for Hane's http://www.themotorbookstore.com/carmanuals.html and here is the link for the Chilton's http://www.chiltondiy.com/
I need a code to unlock my car radio for vlvoc70
Press the two little bars at the bottom of the radio and release them so that they both come outwards and pull out the entire radio gently and if you don't see the four number code in the top or the back written there then go to the owners manual locate your car manufacturer's toll-free Customer Service number and call them and let customer service know you need your stereo code and have the vehicle's VIN number, as well as the model and serial numbers off the stereo and read them from the top or the back of the radio. They will provide you with the code. If you are unsure how to input the code, be sure to ask for support at this time or just put the numbers in using the numbers that are used to set your favorite radio stations then write the code on top of the radio with a permanent marker so it will be there in case you disconnect your car battery.

The unfortunate thing is diagnostics DOES TAKE TIME. You need to set aside the time to be accurate.
Something for sure is draining the battery and methodical diagnosis is the only way to get it figured out. IF there were an open in the alternator to battery circuit, the new alternator would be damaged.
Pull the interior light and radio fuses, disconnect the negative battery and put a test light or volt meter in series with the cable and battery terminal. I expect the light will be lit or the voltage to be above .2 volts draw.... Disconnect the battery, remove one component, connect the battery test setup, and see if voltage drops or light goes out..... when it does, you have the offending system, so investigate that.
Be sure that you can garantee good ground between battery and everything....especially the engine.
