No power is produced by ignition coil into the distributor to spark the spark plugs to burn fuel.
what engine, always post the engine. (displacement really helps)what country? my guess is G16B engine. with dizzy and not cop coils or packs..the first steps as always are.:1: check fuses, with an ohm meter, (some look good and are not)2: turn on the key, 3: see CEL lamp glow. it must, or ECU lost power.4: if #3 passes this test, then start car, if car starts and see if CEL goes out, of not it has DTCS to report. get them with any scan tool.if car does not start (i suspect that is your case? (unsaid, but implied?)my guess is all 4 spark plugs are dead, right? then use a scan tool to see if the CMP is working and that RPM movesto near 300 RPM cranking. if either fail, there will be no spark. The CMP must pulse or the ECU will never ever make spark.while cranking said dead motor the ECU can report DTCs relatedto the failure if you crank for 5 seconds.1 fail of CMP in 8 , trips a DTC related .CMP is in the distrubutor base and DTC means diagnostic trouble codes.
Timing chain
that is big job. 2.0L or even bigger,.you need a shop manual for that.alldata dot com covers it.
I NEED TO KNOW WHERE TIMMING MARKS ARE
I never owned a Suzuki bur every vehicle I have owned the timing marks where located on the harmonic balance wheel - that is the pulley attached to the end of the crankshaft., where drive belt runs from. I hope that helps. I suggest you get a shop manual fro AutoZone.

Hmmm, it's normal for the ride in a 4wd to feel "different" they feel like they wallow a bit in turns and shudder a bit over bumps compared to a car, but it should not be jumping all over the road! try the old suspension test, go to each corner of the car and give it a good hard push down and let go, if the car comes back up and setles, all is good, if it doesn't go down or if it bounces up and down, the shocks/struts need replacing. Also try grabbing each of the front wheels and trying to move them left to right, then up and down, if there is any clunking or movement (without the steering wheel moving) there is a problem. left and right wobble indicates steering problems, up/down wobble indicates a wheel bearing broblem.
Brakes
How do you know calipers fine, did try move them or pins are moving.
Replace seal on drive shaft
if you have a 99 Suzuki vitara 2.0 it came with a 2 piece drive shaft that is hard to find. it has a center piece that hold it together. I had my drive shaft made into a 1 piece---it's doing find
Overheating
you overheat it, there are lots of ways to do that, did it happen, parked, or moving ?what was the out door temperature at that time 0F or 100 F ?1: did the rad run out of coolant? (open cap on RAD, look down hole (COLD ONLY OK?)2: bad thermostat (they have short lives, due to internal parts wear)3: did a hose leak? there are many.4: clogged, rad.this a 4 cylinder engine, what engines. 1.6L? always post the engine type when posting. mine has v6, so is very different.
