Fuse box
The fuse box is located under the steering column on the driver's side. Open the fuse box and read the inside of the fuse box cover to identify the fuses in each slot.
Random misfire/rough idle/stall
Low fuel pressure due to faulty fuel pump will give misfire codes due to fuel starving conditions. Have fuel pressure tested, preferably when running bad.
Body control module
You are probably right in suspecting the body computer. There are relays for high, low, and park lamps and those relays are controlled by the body computer depending on input from the headlight and dimmer switches. You might be able to substitute a used computer or wire around it. I'm not sure if another body computer has to be programmed like the engine computer does.
Bcm locate and change .picyure where it is
Are you trying to locate the body control module in your 98 Voyager? It's under the dash on the left hand side. The interior fuse box is mounted to it. Remove the lower cover, the lower half dash cover, the metal kick panel, possibly a couple other dash components. (can't exactly recall right now) Unscrew the four electrical connectors on the front of the BCM and the two electrical connectors on the bottom of it. Remove 3 bolts holding the BCM in place and it should come right out.
Position of distributor hand
I really have no idea what you are talking about. If you mean the rotor bug, with your timing marks all lined up with the engine at TDC on the compression stroke I would certainly home it would be pointing at the number 1 plug wire.

I don't have a diagram at hand but the sensor it's located on the transmission so, on the driver side on the transmission and it is kind of hidden so you got to look good for it. This takes a reading off the flex plate rather than a tone or exiter ring the crank.
