PCM

Under dash on drivers side, up under near emergency brake pedal. Certainly not a 5 min job, need to remove lower dash panels and cross brace to access for removal. Wouldn't think that to simply flash/update it would cost more. I would check around other shops to see if they can't do same at a better price.

Antifreeze leaking from behind passenger front tire

Is it actually antifreeze, or is it just water? A heater hose or your heater core may have a leak. The antifreeze could be draining out through the air-conditioner drain. If you have been running your air conditioner, it will be normal for water to appear around the area behind the right front tire, just in front of the passenger's feet.

How do you find what check engine code is up without an scanner?

then scanner will show a code (po**** or p**** or a series of dots and dashes) You then have to refer these codes to a manual for interpretation of the faults. ie code on scanner p0707 . refers to TR sensor switch and a number of possible causes that will cause this code.. With out a scanner you cannot read any codes

Parked 98 grand voyager van after work, next

Check for a faulty brake booster as it appears that the diaphragm is pushing on the brake pistons in the master cylinder from a faulty valve in the booster. Try disconnecting the hose to the booster ( blank off properly to the manifold) and see if the car can be moved with the engine running

Where is the tcm located on a 98 plymouth grand voyager

The TCM transmission control module is on top of the front right wheel well, right in front of the powersteering reservour. You did not state what your problem was. There has been a some problems with wires and terminals opening up and losing contact. Take an ohm meter and check your connections before blaming the TCM. I have a problems with an open wire on my 98 grand voyager. I found the wire that is the problem but now can;t find a terminal so I can splice in a wire and put a terminal on it. I'm hitting the salvage yards tomorrow to try and get part or a whole harness to fix it.

Break light not working on a 1998 plymouth grand voyager expresso

If you are saying the brake light and parking light on one side is dead, the problem would be in the socket or the ground connection. There would be two different circuits involved. And the rear parking lights are powered by the same fuse as the front. The brake lights are on one fuse too.

Transmission will not shift stuck in second gear!

the check engine light should be on with a code P0700 present. This means that the transmission control module has codes in it. You will need a high end scan tool (not an OBDII code reader) to get those codes. Once you know what those codes are post them here and I'll be happy to assist you further. Draining cooling system

There is a petcock valve on the bottom of the radiator. Simply turn it counterclockwise (with a drain pan underneath, of course) and the system will begin draining. This will not drain all of the coolant out of the engine, but will drain the radiator and hoses.
