I have a troubleshooting P0700 OEM
My van is actually currently dead but I remeber this. My friend hooked up his iphone to it and got that code and we looked it up. If I remember right it's a error for part of the transmission that could mean anything could be wrong with it. So it's probably going to take someone who knows transmissions to fix that for you. It could be a cheap fix or not good luck.
Troubleshooting P0700 OEM where is located in the car
I need a lot more information before I can start diagnosing this. Like what is the vehicle doing or not doing. This sounds like it could be a transmission code, but a code is only going to give a person a general direction to look. Is the trans not shifting correctly and if so is the speedometer operating correctly? It could be as simple as replacing a speed sensor, or it could be a broken wire in the harness. I have had both on my 98 Voyager. But I don't remember what the code was.
Location of 02 sensor
Follow exhaust pipes from engine manifolds back under and you'll see it sticking out side of pipe, with wires to it.
Service engine soon light came on
Stop at an autozone, napa, etc parts store and have them scan for codes to point you in the right direction. They will scan it for free, and advise of most common reason and part required to fix it. If not sure after scan, get back to me/us for advice and post the codes they told you were present.
Light oil reset
Have you had oil pressure tested with a mechanical gauge to be sure . If all is good, probably oil sender needs replace.
Clunking in the front passenger side when breaking and turns weird
One common thing on those if brakes have been checked is the strut bearing assy at top of front struts. Grinds and thumps especially when turning. If not experienced at changing them, don\'t attempt it as it can be very dangerous. You can buy a complete strut and bearing assy, but if too hard on the wallet, get quote from parts store to change bearing for you, or an auto service.
