Heater blow with no heat
Probably a stuck open thermostat...(be sure your anti-freeze level is full including the overflow tank) An inexpensive part, and not a big job to change on your 4.0 liter in line 6...(standard on the 6 cylinder Cherokee:) You should have the radiator cap tested for pressure, or replace the cap as routine maintenance. Hope this helps.

Need a wiring diagram for spark plugs for a 1995
V6 engine: firing order: 1 2 3 4 5 6, distributor rotates clockwise. Left bank of engine (driver's side), cylinders 2, 4, 6 (#2 at front of engine). Right bank: 1, 3, 5 (#1 at front of engine).
Inline 6 engine: firing order is 1-5-3-6-2-4. Distributor rotates clockwise.
The number one tower on the dist. cap should have a mark or numeral 1 on it. If not, turn crankshaft to top dead center of compression stroke on number one cylinder, the 0 degrees or "T" mark on the crank pulley pointer. If you are on the compression stroke (not the exhaust stroke), the rotor under the dist. cap will be pointing to the number one cylinder spark plug wire tower.

95 jeep cherokee started then cut out after a couple of minutes driving
the most simplest things can drive a car owner mad check to see if you are getting gas pull gas cap off and have someone turn the key to on without starting some fuel pumps are loud enough you can most likely here it yourself listen for a brief humming sound that last only a few seconds that sound would be coming from your tank if you don't here it check your fuse for fuel system. if there good most likely you got a dead fuel pump and that is located in the tank

1995 jeep cherokee heater problems
Get jeep up to operating tempTurn on heater to max heatHood feel 2 heater core hoses goint into upper passenger side of engine compartment firewall. They should feel too hot to holdIf it's not hot, could be 6 things1. heater control valve is bad2. Vacuum to heater control valve is bad3. clogged heater core.4. Bad thermostat5. Bad waterpump6. Needs more coolant (check when system is cold)Do these things:1. Disconnect vacuum line from control valve and feel under valve to manually move valve to open position. This should let hot water flow through core. If you now have heat inside, replace the heater control valve. Or you can disconnect the plunger on the heater control that is hooked on to the silver bar on the bottom of it. With it disconnected you can manually move it to the open position. It will always remain on. 2. When system is cold, disconnect both heater hoses going to heater core. hook up a water hose to one side of heater core and flush out any gunk. When you get done, the water should run clear. If you see lots of gunk come out, that was probably the problem. Replacement is like $20-303. When system is hot and engine running, squeeze the upper radiator hose (using gloves) when you release it you should feel a surge of water. Proves your water pump is working. If no surge, check thermostat. If thermostat checks good, look at the weep holes at the bottom of the water pump for traces of antifreeze. If you see a trace or stream of coolant, indicates bad pump.4. As far as testing the thermostat, watch as your engine heats up on the gauge. when it gets to a certain point you will see the temperature rise, then lower, then rise again. This means your thermostat opened properly, cooling the system temporarily, then heated it back up. Replacement is around $5Try these and see how it goes.

Alternator put in and the car won't start and dead new battery'
I am taking it you have a new battery. You put on a alternator. Now you need to charge the battery until it is fully charged. That way the car will run for a while before it stalls from undervoltage. With the battery charged check the voltage at the battery. It should be 12 to 13 volts. Now start the car and check the voltage it should be up to almost 14 volts. If that is good check with lights and heater blower on should be at least 13.5 volts. If the voltage does not increase you either have a bad alternator or it is not getting excited by the ignition switch on the vehicle. So you should find the wire that energizes the alternator and turn the key on it should have 12 volts on it. Hope all this helps. please rate my answer so I get points.

Replace switch but the heat won't turn on.and it's
Most likely the blower motor,it has gone out, some times, not always, you can bump the blower motor with your hand, and it will start to run,or it will try,if so,replace the blower motor, otherwise, check the voltage at the blower motor,if it has voltage, replace the blower motor,if it has no voltage at the blower motor, then replace the blower relay, located near the blower motor.
