the question you ask is legit. unlike other answers seen here.
op , no engine stated
you do know that EFI systems vary by ENGINE, right?
and did you know that Isuzu sold the last car in usa with a carb in 1994? hark.

you gave no symptoms, so cant really help. only
answer the PSI question.
the isuzu page has no data, so im looking it up in Mirage page
the correct answer is
48psi
but the FPR regulator sets that, and varies by
the FPR is located on the Fuel rail, in 1991
and is vacuum controls, if you read the FSM book or link above.
youd see how to test the pump and the FPR.
This EFI engine must have corrrect fuel pressure at idle
and wide open throttle. or EFI will inject wrong.
this is a basic, EFI MPI injected engine, no carb.
The ecu can not read fuel pressure (like 2016 can)
and will not correct for errors.
48psi is key on pressure, and when the engine starts
the pressure drops about 10psi. (vacuum caused)
there are many tests.
leakdown.
injector balance tests
FPR tests, I do 3 tests here, ask.
pump shunt test.
ask.
proof, note there are 5 engines in 1991, see?
