Uricacid

Sulfuric Acid goes in your battery. Could this be what you were after? It is available at any auto parts store

'Grows up' is a funny phrase. The only thing I can think that grows in a car is Lead Sulphate crystals that grow on a battery from mising lead and sulphuric acid

AC low pressure switch leaking

Sounds about right. The switch itself is relatively cheap -$20-40, what you are paying for is the special handling that is required to remove R12, the labor to remove the switch, vacuuming and refilling the system.

If trooper has no oil will it not start

There is no safety device from keeping you car from starting up. You have a low oil pressure light on the dash that lets you know when your oil is low or there is no or low oil pressyre. So keep an eye on that oil level The best thing to do is every once in a while visually check the oil with the dip stick because no oil = siezed engine and you don,t want that. I hope this helps. Don,t forget to rate my answer, thanks.

1989 1suzu trooper, Autolocking hubs, want to install manual.....

Manual hubs are worth getting. I have found them on a few LS models at junk yards. CV axles are the same for auto or manual. A dab of mid-strength threadlock is vital to keeping the handful of 8mm bolts tight. Patients is key for this job & a set of clip removers.
When you change your CV axle there are four bolts that remove the ball joint bracket. It is a fairly simple job once you do it a few times. I refuse to invest in a boot crimper (I REALLY need to get one)for the CV boot clamps and always pay the price because if you get the difficult boot rings they are a hassle. Mike W

Window

2 10mm bolts on the underside of the door, 1 behind the door panel will need to come out, couple of small phillips screws along top all will release the vertical steel window guide. Be careful when removing the rubber weatherstrip so it does get bent to much. It not to big of a deal just be patient and methodical.

Help please !!!

If I remember correctly it is the EGR valve. That simple. it is the round thingamajigger with vacume tubes comming aout the top and bottom side, its in the back (firewall) to the right of intake manifold on 4 bangers. Also check all vacume hoses for cracks, connectors etc. Especially right under the intake manifold where ther are three of four together, they get bunped off easially. also when you turn on the Defrost it will help to increase idle untill warm. don't forget to check air filter too. if dirty it can cause the vacume ssensor to missread and please make sure it is all sealed properly, clamps tight.

Have a 2.6 with the same issues. only mine will almost always start after disconnecting the fuel line and reconnecting it. I have replaced the fuel pump, inline filter and pressure regulator. My car dog friends are telling me it's the injectors.
