i recommend you don't drive to far and get a mechanic too check it out as you risk overheating and blowing the head gasket which is expensive. You need to get the cooling system pressure checked too find the leak and rectify it. hopefully just a hose but possably a water pump.

I need to replace the
EGR valves themselves rarely fail. Many are vacuum operated, and with a honda, it is a mess of vacuum wires underhood. I would have the car checked for vacuum leaks, and what actually controls the vacuum to the EGR valve first. Don't replace unless your certain it is the valve. Might be a cheap fix. ; )

Did they replace the thermostat? If not sounds like you should check that. Also anytime a engine is overheating it is serious. heat and friction kill engines. Make sure your coolant level and oil level are both good as well.
Thank you,

How do i get the rear view mirror back on?
I am assuming you are talking about the interior rear view mirror and not the side rear view mirror. Most auto parts stores sell an adhesive glue to fix the interior rear view mirror. Most of these mirrors have two parts to them. One part is the bracket that glues to the windshield and the other part is the rear view mirror assembly. Before gluing the bracket to the glass check and see how the mirror assembly attaches to the bracket. There will often be a screw that fixed the two together.

When on the freeway and my power steering "turned off", which has
With the power steering quitting immediately, it indicates a broken belt or serious lack of power steeering fluid. If it's fluid, you have a leak allowing it to escape.
The "tapping noise" sounds like it might be the belt flapping around with engine running.
