clean the IAC. Use spray carb cleaner and spray the idle air control valve. It is on the throttle body near the throttle plate. It may have become stuck with deposits.Clean the throttle body as well. Check for vacuum leaks

Some are on the transmission on the front of the vehicle other are near the fuse box. If you replace it you will need to do a transmission relearn and a pinion factor reset.

Of the 3 relays, one is the Fuel Pump Relay . wires are White/Red, Black/white, Red/black, Black/blue. Black/white and Red/black should have power with key on. Black/blue powers the fuel pump. The computer grounds the White/red to turn the relay on.

see if the cam is turning when trying to start the engine (look through the oil filler cap) if its not, you may have a broken timing belt (and engine damage) if it wasn't empty on the fuel gauge I doubt it ran out of gas.

To remove your old belt rotate the tensioner pulley counter clockwise until you have enough slack to slide the belt off. Slowly lower the tensioner pulley back into it's reliefed position. Be careful

some of these cars have infinity sound systems if this is the case the factory amplifier probably went bad and a new radio and an amp rewire will fix the issue. you might want to check the trunk too soetimes people cram all kinds of things in the trunk and you might have broken a speaker terminal on the rear deck and it is touching metal and shorting out the radio causing the sound prcesssor to turn off. hope this helps.

either needs a new ignition relay or the wireing harness was not properly reconnected when the transmition was installed

Did you try a hot and new ground when testing direct? Could be a bad ground. Also, check in harness that runs through from door to post on drivers side for damaged wiring as well, due to always opening and closing on that side the most.

Find another mechanic. you got ripped off. A broken crank does not mean you cant check the valves. Called a leak down test. This engine should have been replaced. And probably still should. Your talking about a $1500.00 job.

You most likely need a blower motor resistor it reduces the amount of voltage to blower motor but is by passed on high speed

There is two screws in the door pull, may be some along bottom. If you don't have a door panel tool, you can use a 2" scraper to go under the panel and pop out the fasteners.After you have them all loose,lift straight up and away with the door panel.
