a.s.d.relay (auto shut down relay) is a shared circuit

The pump is in the gas tank, so it has to be removed.

The problem may be a part called the CLOCK SPRING. I just got my 1999 T&C back from the dealer today (8-10-2012) where it was replaced. I bought the vehicle used and the part had been replaced once before I bought the car. I contacted the dealer and he told be it had a lifetime warranty so there was no charge to me. I assume that the warranty was due to the fact that this part had something to do with the air bag. The alarm system-set notification was not working and replacing this part did not solve this problem

I belive the filter is in the fuel tank, its an integeral part of the pump/pickup assembly

A mechanic would disconnect the fuses and relays to check the circuits for a power drain.

possibly a draw on something maybe a light stays on when you park it..? gloive box light ,door light could be a lot of things if you put a test light between the ground cable and the battery and hook up the positive battery cable ther should be very little to no light ifit is bright then you have someting drawing power

Could be the speedo cluster or the speed sensor in the transaxle.

Check pin #16 of the diagnostic connector (powers scan tool) it should have 12 volts present, if not check you fuses.
