No heat but blows cold air
Does it turn warm when you are driving? If so, you are low on antifreeze. If it always blows cold, even while driving, check both heater hose sand see if they are warm. If they are, then there is a problem with the heater controls. If they are not, you probably have a blocked heater core. If you need further help, reach me via phone at

Have frost plug with pin hole leak, whats the best
Note how far the plug is recessed in its hole. You will want to tap in the new plug to the same depth.Use a hammer and small punch. Put the punch at the edge, not on the lip of plug, but out near the edge. Tap on it until it starts moving inward, the opposite side will be pushed out. Grab onto it with a pair of pliers and wiggle it out of the hole.Clean the recess of rust and dirt, place the new plug in and tap it in evenly to the depth of the old plug. It may help to use a socket that fits inside the plug as a driver to drive it in evenly.Keep an eye on the other freeze plugs. When one rusts through, others may follow. You should drain all the old coolant out, flush the engine and radiator, and put in new coolant, new thermostat too is a good idea. If rust is bad, consider a professional flush-they can do a much better job than a garden hose. Your radiator may need attention, too. Good luck.

Top shock nut stud spins with nut and wont loosen
If you don't have access top an air gun or electric impact it's not easy. Look at the top of the strut and you will see that it either has a hole in it for an Allen wrench or it is cut for a wrench. With the Allen wrench type, slide a socket onto the nut and then put the Allen wrenchy in place. Turn the socket with a pair of Vice-Grips while you hold the Allen Wrench. A sharp snap should get it loose. If it has the wrench style end, usually a box end wrench will hold the shaft whilt you turn the nut with another wrench. Sometimes it will strip and you'll have to grab it with Vice-Grips.
