Remove the spark plugs and crank the engine. Look for coolant to come out of spark plug holes. If the leak isn't visible anywhere else it is possible it leaked pass the head gasket and into the cylinders hydro locking the engine and not allowing it to crank.

i had this issue with the hatch on my jeep cherokee, ended up being the power lock motor was jambing the latch, i unplugged the conection for the power lock and reset the latch and it cured the problem (i know have to manually lock it but it beats 130 bucks for the new power lock)

Hi, On some cars there is a child lock built in to both back doors. You may have that door in lock mode. Check it to see if it is on. Good luck.
